Each day, starting tomorrow, you will get an email with a short introduction video on the topic, followed by a simple practice to create a significant shift in your mind, body and spirit. There will also be one page per day in the guidebook of bonus material to give you a deeper understanding about the topic.
In the guidebook, you also will find printable journal pages that take your transformation even further. While these practices are simple, do not underestimate their power to begin to awaken a part of you that's been quiet or shoved aside for too long. The journal pages will track your transformation and deepen your awareness, which is where the magic happens.

Here are a few extra (completely optional - no "should" guilt here!) tips if you want to squeeze more nourishment from the experience.
- Rise around 6 a.m.
- Begin your day by thinking about how you would like your day to go - set an intention for what kind of a person you need/or want to be today.
- Drink a cup of warm/hot water before you have any coffee, tea or food (you can add the juice of 1/2 lemon)
- Complete your sun salutations and energy routine every morning (from Day 1)
- Make lunch your biggest meal of the day
- If you are feeling like your digestion is sluggish, sip on warm water with fresh ginger throughout the day and don't drink during meals
- Turn the lights down and devices off in the evening by 9:00 p.m.
- Be in bed by 10:00 p.m. to get the most healing, digestion and restoration and to wake up feeling refreshed.
