What is meditation?
Meditation is a tool that helps you to rediscover you body's own inner intelligence.  It has been practiced for thousands of years and is NOT about forcing the mind to be quiet; it's about finding the stillness that's already there and making it a part of your life.

I will be teaching you Primordial Sound Meditation.  This is an ancient meditation technique that has been brought to light by Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon.  

Primordial Sounds - the basic, most essential sounds of nature - are used to disconnect us from the activity of life.  These individually selected sounds, known as mantras, are based on the vibration the universe was making at the moment of your birth.

Once your Primordial Sound mantra is determined, you will be taught how to use it on a daily basis to reawaken balance, tranquility, and compassion within. 

Practicing Primordial Sound Meditation on a daily basis can help you to:

Primordial Sound Meditation is easily learned in four short sessions over a period of a few days.  You will learn the practice of a lifetime in less than a week!

In Session One, I will introduce you to the basic principles of meditation, its history and the importance of your mantra.

In Session Two, you will receive personal instruction (one-on-one) in your Primordial Sound mantra and learn how to use it.  You will try meditation for the first time using your Primordial Sound mantra.

In Session Three, you will learn the practical aspects of meditation, share your experience , receive answers to any questions and we will meditate together.

In Session Four, I will teach about the higher states of consciousness that can be achieved with regular Primordial Sound Meditation practice and how your life can change and improve.


Why I teach...
I remember a time where I felt overwhelmed.  Where I couldn't remember what I was into.  A time where I didn't have a dream.  It was easier to tell myself I was content and that I didn't want more out of life. My mind, body and spirit were so out of balance, but I thought it was all normal.  

I forgot what inner peace was like, what a joyful heart and lightness of being felt like, what living with purpose could be like and what a joyful energetic body could be capable of.  I lost myself and I didn't even know it. 

Meditation changed everything.  Learning my specific mantra and using it for my daily practice,  not only made me a better human to those I love and work with, but it increased my sleep, my efficiency, strengthened my immune system, my stress levels dropped and I began to remember who I was.  The real me.
